HVACR Training in New England

HVACR stands for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. The HVACR Technology program at NETTTS aims to provide students with the electrical and mechanical knowledge and skills required of entry-level technicians to install, adjust, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair these systems.

Students at NETTTS locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island will be able to work on:

  • Residential and commercial equipment
  • Refrigeration units
  • Various types of Heating systems
  • Air conditioning equipment
  • Ventilation systems and duct work
  • Electrical wiring and circuitry
  • Oil burner servicing

At the end of the program, graduates will have been taught how to ensure equipment is operating properly and efficiently.

  • Hours toward refrigeration license

Learn the Heating and Cooling Trade

The HVACR Technician Training course at NETTTS is available at our North Andover, Massachusetts school, and our Pawtucket, Rhode Island school. Through our HVACR classes, students will be trained on how to install, adjust, and maintain these different appliances and systems by an instructor who is an experienced HVACR technician.

At NETTTS, your training ranges from learning how to install new equipment to repairing and maintaining current systems. In addition to the hands-on training, students attend classroom sessions and will have access to online 3-D simulation labs for extra support.
