Solution For Your Driver Training Needs
Did you know that New England Tractor Trailer Training School doesn’t train only new drivers. We also work with businesses from across many industries who are looking to train their existing driver workforce. Our Safety and Compliance training programs are designed for companies big and small and will help show your commitment to safe operating practices.
Our Pawtucket, RI school recently trained a team of drivers from Cox Communications and here is what they had to say:
Good morning, yesterday ten of us from OSP attended an eight hour training class at New England Tractor Trailer Training School in Pawtucket. We were trained on the proper truck & trailer driving as it applies to our bucket trucks and generator deployment trailers. We all had a great day as well as learned many things in the classroom and driving the equipment in the yard that will surely make us safer, better drivers when towing our trailers to restore services during storms. A key element in the training was that NETTTS trained us on our trucks and our trailers, learning on different equipment would have given us theoretical knowledge, but NETTTS gave is practical knowledge and experience which is certainly more valuable.
From the time we arrived to the end of the day we were welcomed, taken care of and treated well. Alan and Vinnie (our two instructors) did a great job! Several times throughout the day Joe Lima (training coordinator) checked on the class, made sure everything was going smoothly and made it a point to make sure we had what we needed.
NETTTS was a fantastic organization to partner with for this training and is available to provide further training for our warehouse drivers, field service technicians as well as anyone behind the wheels in our fleet. I just wanted to pass this along and on to everyone and say thank you on behalf of the ten FNT’s that attended yesterday.
The only thing that would have made the day better would have been to pull the air horn on one of the 18 wheelers more times! Next time! Thanks again Joe, Vinnie and Alan!
